I am a fully-qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor.
I am a Fellow of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) with Senior Activity and Health Practitioner (Specialist Exercise Instructor) status. My specialisations are in lower back pain and obesity and diabetes.
I have additional exercise class instructor and specialist qualifications, including pre- and post-natal exercise programmes, Pilates, circuit training, kettlebells, studio cycling, TRX/suspended movement, padwork, Boxercise®, modified strongman training and water fitness (aquafit).
My personal training is inclusive and open to all. The focus is on assisting and motivating all people, and especially those with particular health conditions or new to exercise programmes, to achieve their health and fitness goals, and adhere to beneficial, enjoyable exercise habits. I really want to help you become the best that you can be, overcoming any actual or perceived barriers that you face.
