During my 4 years of university study obtaining my Bsc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science I developed a deep understanding in applying exercise and nutrition in a wide range of settings, from elite athlete performance, medical conditions such as Type II diabetes, and with older populations. This knowledge combined with my excellent soft skills enable me to provide exceptional personal training.
