An established business since 2004 we are a multidisciplinary team providing:-
- Personal training with privacy in our Personal Training Studios.
- Hands on therapy including Osteopathy Sports Therapy and Massage alongside rehabilitation and corrective exercise.
- Exercise for the management of back pain on an individual and group basis.
We provide a complimentary first assessment for Personal Training and you can book online or through our Elite Health Knutsford branded app.
